We measure small molecules, peptides, and proteins using chromatography and mass spectrometry. The core facility offers both standardized and customized analytical approaches for proteomics and metabolomics. The Cifani lab focuses on developing methods to reveal mechanisms of physiological and aberrant biochemical regulation, with particular focus on protein chemical modifications.
